If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
• Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns from here).
• Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
• Please note that we no longer accept exchanges.
• Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use ROYAL MAIL to do so. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL.
• Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.

o All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable within 14 days of receiving the goods.
o We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
o All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
o Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
o Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
o If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
o Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
o We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit so please bare this in mind when returning goods and make sure a tracked and insured method is used.

account and contact your credit card company or bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
